I have successfully renovated, rented and managed 11 doors through multiple growth and recessionary markets. I have a keen eye for finding properties that are under performing and under valued. Together with Courtney, we develop the action plan for the purchase, renovation and sale of the target property.

I am a Registered Nurse that works shift work in an Emergency Department. I love what I do, but I found myself missing time and important moments with my family. I wanted to find a way to have the freedom to choose how I spend my time and have my investments work for me. Real estate investment has given me more control over my time. I am passionate about the relationships we develop with our tenant, investor and working partners.
